I. What information do you need from me?
For FanArt I need only a short description of their personality. For OCs (own characters) I need at minimum a character description, which includes their appearance, clothing, and personality. References help me out a lot. Pinterest is a great source for finding some reference pictures.
I'm not a concept artist, so please don't ask me to draw complex designs on vague ideas without any references.II. How long until I receive my commission?
Commissions can take up to one month, depending on how many other commissions I currently have and how busy life keeps me. I will keep you up-to-date should I not be able to make it in time.III. I've sent you a message, but have not received any response yet.
I will try to answer every message at least one day after receiving it. If you haven't heard back from me after three days, feel free to shoot me another one, I might've missed the message!IV. How do I pay?
I accept payment only via PayPal. Please send me the full amount when you're happy with the initial sketch. You can find my PayPal link on top of the home page.V. Can I ask you to make changes to the drawing?
You can ask me to make minor changes to the drawing after receiving the initial sketch. If you're unhappy with something major, you can ask me to make changes, and I will decide if it will take too much time or not.VI. Can I change my commission from color to lineart or vice versa?
Yes, you can. However, you might not receive the best product possible. For example, I sometimes make rougher lineart for pieces I'd color later, so you might end up with a rougher sketch as your final product.VII. Can I get a hug?
Yes!

I have the right to deny/cancel any commission without explanation. You will be refunded should a cancellation occur.
